Season 2 - Ep 12 - Critical Care - Sleazy Spader Springtime 7: "Sleaze the Day" No. 1
Source:
www.spreaker.com/episode/season-2-ep-12-critical-care-sleazy-spader-springtime-7-sleaze-the-day-no-1--60601444
It's finally here and yes, it is most definitely Summer now - I don't care... I'm not changing it now.
Anyway this episode is one of the greatest Sleazy Spader episodes ever!
All sorts of things are discussed, questions answered, and yet we'll never have the full picture - we'll never truly know the one they call, Jimmy Spades.
This episode is funny, weird, wonderful, long, absorbent, thick, soft and easy on your behind.
We talk about the SidNEIGH LuuMAY joint, Critical Care. It's a lot of fun.
Nobody reads these.
I'm wasted here.

I'm always thinking of re-cataloging my movie collection. Currently, I do it mostly by alphabetically, but this is not the best. Box Sets are together somewhere else. Yours does have a logical sense to it. I have many movies by the same actor and in the same genre where it would make more sense to group them together. Very Interesting!

Not sure how rare they are now but I own a couple of Moonbeam vhs tapes from the early 90s growing up I believe, “Remote” and “Beanstalk”. Rented Remote a lot at my local vhs store, great film! Love your channel dude, keep it up friend !

From a logic point of view, your set up makes sense, however, I keep my labels together, more an aesthetic thing I guess, also, boxsets together, slip cases together and then everything else is alphabetical. The problem is Jon, Is that we will never be satisfied by how we arrange our collections.

  • @1966tvbatman

I feel for you, Jon. Most of my collection is alphabetical - burays and DVDs mixed. However, krimis have their own section. The DVDs and blurays I inherited from my father have their own section. Maybe keep it by genre as you have it, but have nice little blockbuster placards like days of old that told the person the genre. Better be an all Don Dohler section!

i thought this day would never come last episode, i am the guy i dont know if you remember that put out that message about nature like a paragraph, ralph emerson quote, i dont know if you remember that episode, but what i remember will stick with me, i had a bad day doing uber and you read that in your podcast and made my day, and alot of the episodes i would listen to when i was eating buffets, so i could be similar to you guys eating, and listening, but this is my favorite podcast, and i really hate to see it go, my first episode is marine, with john cena that was my gateway, and your podcast was unique, in that not many podcast i know other then doug benson diner podcast, that people eat and talk movies in a diner! i mean people will rip that off, as a result of you leaving, but it wont be the same, but i feel like maybe you will come back, since there is movies that need to be talked about. and maybe you will bring it back, but feels like this podcast is a close for people are fans of the podcast a new millenium, i posted your podcast on my tik tok, so maybe people can know about it, as well as my cousin who has been first into listening to podcast, but man this was a great podcast, i am a follower of yours on letterboxd, so maybe you will post there, which is alright by me, my name is CInemaSpy, on that, and it was a long journey, and i wish i could have called in but was to busy, but i wish your doing good whereever you go, and if you decide to make a comeback on this podcast i will always be here, and a longtime subscriber on this youtube channel regardless of not posting, thank you for dr action and the kick ass kid

I remember watching this film for the first time one night. I happened upon it and was hooked immediately. What was strange was how it just stick in my mind for years. Certain parts of it are just glued and some days I just remember them for no reason. My friend eloquently said you can go down a rabbit hole with UA-cam, and these end credits with the kata like dance are one of those things I just remember. Epic! ❤️

Oh man I think it is one of the best B horror/comedy movie ever!!! It’s totally fun to watch I think so. I remember renting this movie twice when I was 14 yrs old and I also watched the bride of killer nerd I didn’t really enjoyed that movie very much I think killer nerd is gold for a B rated movie. Toby Radloff you are the king of all nerds. I bet Harold Kunkle can beat the shit out of Steve erkle and screech at the same time.

oh cool I actually watched all of these, wasnt there one with george lazenby and john stamos which i think you reviewed. So i will check this out on the walk, tmw and then put my response or feedback, once im done, but cool that i watched all of this before. i watched all spy kids back in the day. i hope you talk about agent cody banks in the future podcast. they arent doing as much spy teen movies. Which is a shame, but i will share this podcast in facebook. cant wait to listen and give my thoughts, this is coming from spy fan or fan of the genre. James bond jr anyone?oh im a big synthwave fan i listen to prime thantos and no.1, does he have his own youtube channel or is it strictly on twitch. but i remember watching if looks could kill back in the day when i was watching 21 jump street show, being the fan of the movie, and was checking what these people did, and saw richard did this spy movie, being a semi bond fan at the time, now more die hard, but i dont want to rewatch these movies again, leave it in a nostalga state, when someone ask i can say that, i did watch the stamos movie back then as well, i wonder if you and doc reviewed i wondered why i watched it back then, but i agree what you said near the end, its not only you i feel fatigued and im 28, you know, i get it when your older, but im young, so i dont know if i want to see remakes and sequels, when its all the same, stuff, but feels like that is all they have, and for marvel, once cpatian america and tony stark is gone, what else is there, maybe check out black panther, but without the actor what is it. doctor strange is okay, and spiderman but those are ogs, i just dont want them to keep doing it,

Its funny how i just watched this cause of another podcast, gourley and rust, where they do commentaries on horror movies, and talk about personal life as well, didnt know you guys did the same movie as well, reviewed it on my letterboxd cinemaescape, also to be honest, i didntl like it that much, it felt boring to me, and alot of skipping and scenes that drag, for me personally, but i will listen to this podcast on the walk, i might come back and add stuff on this post, but overall, didnt really like this movie, would like to hear what you guys think about it, when im outside or doing some chores, in that i can listen to this podcast as well as many others. But cool that you guys are doing it, since i freshly watched it, and its free on youtube not the best quality but free, what are your guys letterboxd names, i would like to follow you, also will you talk about the spiderman movies the new ones, and the recent one with tobey with the comic book guy, i forgot his name, but you had him on, i wonder, if he can come back and do an episode, on maybe the different literations of spiderman we got, and the spiderverse we got lets just say im happy to see tobey, also did you do a podcast episode on the evil dead franchise. he might appear in the mulitverse of madness who knows.
